Gravel pads, level and ready for the building.

Level, compacted stone pads for sheds, garages, pole barns, RVs and equipment. Ready when the delivery truck or the barn crew shows up.

Sound familiar?

  • The shed company says the ground has to be level before they deliver.
  • The pole barn is ordered and the site is on a slope.
  • The RV sinks into the grass every spring.
  • Water runs under the old shed and rots the floor.

What we do

Shed pads

Level, compacted stone for prebuilt and site-built sheds.

Garage pads

A solid, level base for a detached garage or shop.

Pole barn pads

Cut and filled level, even on sloped ground, ready for the barn crew.

RV and equipment pads

Parking that holds up under campers, trailers and machines.

How we build it. Leveled, built on fabric and compacted stone, and run a foot or two past the walls so water stays off the building.

What does a gravel pad cost?

A 12 × 16 shed pad is typically about $1,950. A 40 × 60 pole barn pad on flat ground is about $9,350. Sloped sites take more cut and fill. The estimator on this page prices yours.

Will it be level enough for my builder?

Send us your builder's spec and we build to it. We confirm the size and grade at the site visit before we start.

What if my site slopes?

We cut the high side and build up the low side with compacted stone. The estimator asks about slope so the price reflects it.

Can I pour a slab on it later?

Yes. A compacted gravel pad is a strong, level base for a future concrete slab.

Can you clear the land first?

Yes. Our Brushworks crew clears brush and trees with forestry mulchers, then we build. Same owners, same crew, one call.
